Stacy Villarreal Leon - Doula & Placenta Encapsulation Specialist

Hello! My name is Stacy Villarreal Leon and besides my current work as a doula and placenta encapsulation specialist, I am also a student midwife. I fell in love with the idea of becoming a midwife when I had my first home birth with my last child. The experience was eye opening to the way birth should look. I believe that natural birth is a wonderful and amazing way for a mother to embrace her design and realize all the strength that she holds within her. Midwifery has truly become a passion of mine. I find it hard not to let the topic consume my every thought. My goal is to be able to be a part of giving mothers an option in where and how they choose to give birth. 

During my midwifery training, I have discovered a passion to care for mothers. At such a vulnerable time, mom's can need someone in their corner to help them cope with the labor process and make sure they have everything they need to have a wonderful birth.
